The partners in Arizona Business Advisors are involved individually and collectively in the community. As a team, we have worked with the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce, the Tempe Chamber of Commerce and the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce. In addition to the Chamber work and education seminars, we have conducted seminars and workshops for Enterprise University - Sponsored by Enterprise Bank and the Arizona Small Business Association as well as MAC6 - a Tempe organization for entrepreneurs. We have acted as mentors for the Arizona State University venture programs for many years. We have participated as mentors and panel advisors for the Arizona Commerce Authority.

Mike Tyler has over 30 years experience in business, in roles ranging from Controller to Vice President to CEO at companies like Union Carbide, Praxair and Valley National Gases. He has hands on experience in running companies from $2 million to $200 million, has spent time in most business disciplines and worked with small business owners and corporate boards.
Lynn has over 30 years of business experience in a variety of positions, including Vice President of a major retail corporation and COO of a promotional marketing consortium. The predominance of Lynn’s experience is in the retail segment, including positions with some of the largest retailers in the country. Lynn managed a diverse national consortium of specialty marketing businesses, also. She served in advisory capacities on boards and committees to all of the major credit bureaus. She chaired a division of the National Retail Federation..
In addition to working with AZBA clients, Michael and his wife own and run Biltmore Concierge Services in Phoenix. Over the last decade he founded The Leeman Group, a consulting firm in Phoenix, and was Professor of Management at Western International University. Before that, Michael was Partner at Northeast Consulting Inc. in Boston, Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer at Millipore Corporation, and General Manager of DuPont Life Science Products.
